Q: HOW DOES 1:1 TRAINING WORK?
A: After initial consultation, if eligible: we work together to set up dates, times, & location where we meet to get closer to your goals. 

Includes:

  • Consultation
  • Personalized Training Program
  • 100% One on one contact with Personal Trainer
  • Macro Calculations (if eligible)
  • Currently training in Westlake Village, California & Surrounding areas.
  • *Please note that there is a 24 Hr Cancellation Policy on all Personal Training Sessions
  • **Packages expire after 6 months

 

Q: HOW DOES ONLINE TRAINING WORK?

A: After initial consultation every program is modified & catered to fit your needs & goals (YES! personalized programs & fitness programs alike). 

I go to these lengths to customize every single program per client because I truly want you to be successful on these programs, as they can be a great source if information for you in the future! You will always have a custom program built for you! 

All programs come with 100% access to the trainer, weekly check-in’s, form check & correction via video, and results guaranteed - It is my goal to get you where you want to be!

Q: HOW SHOULD I WASH MY LOTUS TRAINING GEAR?

A: The best way to keep the integrity of the design is to wash it inside out and air dry it.

Q: WHY CAN'T I FIND MY SIZE?

A: We're so sorry if you can't find your size! If you can't, select the size closest to yours and make sure you write hit us up on our CONTACT page & we'll be more than happy to customize an order for you!
